Cool Ways to Get Free Baby Samples

If you are like most new parents, finding new baby samples and coupons can be a great way to save money. This is especially helpful these times as money can be tight considering all the hospital bills, new clothes, and of course, stuff for you new baby.

Luckily many large baby product manufacturers give away free samples to moms and dads just like you. In fact, most of these samples are available and can be requested online, usually without much trouble. More often than not, you can also find great contests from these companies as well. We knew a couple that won a years worth of diapers – so cool!

The problem with finding baby samples is many of the websites that currently publish these sample offers do not tend to keep them up to date. After the 3rd or 4th time, this tends to become annoying. A helpful hint is to check the dates of the posts on the website. This is always a good indicator of whether or not they publish samples that are up to date.

A great way to fill out forms for the baby sample offers is with a plugin for Firefox called FireBug. This can save lots of time if you are filling out lots of offers. It’s pretty easy to set up, and once you do, you can fill out online form in as little as two clicks…talk about a time saver!

Another great way to find free baby samples is to perform searches on search engines like Google and Yahoo. However, sometimes this can be overwhelming considering many of the sites are hard to navigate. What we like to do is just sign up for their newsletter. That way, if they do post new samples, they will simply email them straight to you. It can’t get much easier than that!

Sometime, retail stores will put on in-store displays to let manufacturers showcase new products or offers. This can be a great way to pick up some seriously valuable baby samples. The best way to perform this is to call around to you local toy stores and baby product outlets (like Babies R Us). Ask to speak with a store manager and tell them that you are expecting/just had a child and you were interested if they were having any events for new moms.

More often than not, they will be more than grateful to give you (and possibly email you) their list of upcoming events. Before you hang up, don’t forget to ask them if they had any special discount programs for new moms.
